Cloud physics laboratory - Prof. Daniel Rosenfeld
Research the physical properties of the clouds and the atmospheric environment
The laboratory's mainstream research areas are: cloud seeding for many applications, GIS usage for global atmospheric behaviour, physical properties of the clouds via remote sensing, cloud modeling and simulation, climatological research for the global effects of rain suppression and enhancement, and aspects of increasing pollution on rain.

Analytical & Clean Laboratories - Prof. Yigal Erel
Trace and major element chemistry and radiogenic and stable isotope studies of metallic elements
The facilities include a modern clean laboratory for sample preparation featuring positive pressure air supply with HEPA filtration and entirely non-metallic construction. The laboratory includes a wide range of analytical equipment for element and isotopic analysis (click on the image for more information)

Laboratory of Numerical Modeling of Atmospheric Processes
This sees the addition of a twenty node parallel computer cluster to the existing eight-computer cluster. This will considerably expand our capacity for heavy computation in meteorology, cloud physics, oceanography, hydrology and geophysics.
